Fleet & Field Logistics

Two aircraft classes, one obsession: keeping the sprayer in the air. Verified payloads and work rates are released in the fleet brief.

Precision unit

Precision-class aircraft

Our lighter unit is the all-terrain specialist: orchards, tea slopes, coffee blocks, hilly wheat and any field where boundaries are tight and obstacles are close. It trades payload for manoeuvrability and holds line on terrain a heavy aircraft cannot follow comfortably.

  • Best on irregular, sloping or tree-lined blocks
  • Spray and granular spreading capability
  • Centimetre positioning with terrain-following flight
  • Obstacle sensing for day and night operations
Broad-acre unit

Heavy broad-acre aircraft

Our primary production unit sits among the heaviest agricultural multirotors in commercial service. On flat wheat, cane and paddy it converts payload directly into acres: fewer refills per hundred acres, longer productive passes, more done inside a narrow weather window.

  • Built for long, clean, large blocks
  • High-capacity spray and granular systems
  • Centimetre positioning with terrain-following flight
  • Radar and lighting for after-dark work

Ground game

The half of throughput that isn't the aircraft

Two identical drones can differ by hundreds of acres a day. The gap is logistics: how fast you mix, refill, swap and reposition. This is the part competitors underestimate and clients feel immediately.

Double-cabin field rig

4x4 pickup with mixing capacity, closed chemical transfer, PPE store, spares and a covered pad for battery rotation. Moves between blocks in minutes.

High-flow batching

Petrol-driven pumps and agitators that batch continuously, so the aircraft is never waiting on chemistry.

Off-grid power bank

Inverter generators sized to the aircraft with continuous battery rotation: one flying, one cooling, one charging. No mains required.

Ground station & planning

Surveyed base station with pre-loaded field boundaries, obstacle polygons and exclusion buffers before wheels-up.

Nozzle & droplet library

Multiple nozzle sets matched to product type and drift risk — from coarse herbicide droplets to fine fungicide mist.

Spares & airworthiness kit

Field-replaceable pumps, sprinklers, props and seals, with maintenance logs kept to operator-certificate standard.

Crew

Who arrives on your farm

  • Remote Pilot-in-Command — licensed with spraying privileges, current aviation medical, logged hours on type.
  • Chemical handler — trained in closed transfer, dosage verification, PPE and spill response.
  • Battery & power technician — owns the turnaround cycle and generator management.
  • Ground safety observer — maintains line of sight and manages bystanders, livestock and vehicles.

Maintenance discipline

Aerial spraying failures are almost always maintenance failures. Our aircraft run on a documented cycle:

  • Pre-flight and post-flight inspection every sortie
  • Nozzle flow calibration verified before every job
  • Pump, seal and sprinkler service at set flight-hour intervals
  • Tank triple-rinse and neutralisation between chemical families
  • Propeller and arm inspection logged with photographs
  • Firmware and geofence checks before deployment

Maintenance and flight logs are available to clients and auditors on request.

Fleet & Capability Brief

Payloads, work rates and power configuration are the numbers that decide whether we can finish your block inside the weather window. We share them with clients, not with the search engines.

  • Aircraft specifications — spray and granular payloads, flow rates, swath
  • Verified work rates — acres per day by crop and field type
  • Turnaround discipline — refill and battery cycle times, power configuration
  • Logistics footprint — what we bring, what we need on site
  • Reference jobs — comparable blocks we have flown, on request

Sent to growers, estate managers, mills, outgrower boards and agrodealers. We ask for farm name and acreage so what we send is priced and scoped for your operation — usually back the same working day.

Want this fleet on your block?

Send acreage and terrain type and we will tell you which configuration we would deploy, and how many days it needs.
