Pricing & Rate Card

One number per acre, fixed in writing before we fly. Here is how it is built — and how to get the current card in your hands today.

How we price

Per acre, fixed before we fly

You get one number per acre, agreed in writing before the crew mobilises. No per-litre extras invented at the end, no surprise fuel line, no charge for the mapping that proves the job.

  • Block rate. A fixed per-acre rate for broad-acre bookings above a minimum contiguous size.
  • Small-block rate. Slightly higher below that threshold, because mobilisation cost spreads over fewer acres.
  • Season contract bands. Commit acreage for the season and the rate improves as the band rises.
  • Grouped bookings. Neighbours or scheme members who consolidate acreage are quoted as one block.
  • Distance. Blocks far from our nearest operating hub carry a mobilisation component, often waived on large bookings.

Why the figures are not on this page: an honest per-acre number depends on your acreage, terrain, water access and travel distance — and our commercial terms are not free planning material for competitors. Ask and you get the full card, fast.

What actually moves your price

So you can judge a quote — ours or anyone's — before you receive it:

  • Contiguous acreage. One 400-acre block is cheaper per acre than four 100-acre blocks an hour apart.
  • Water access. Clean water at the staging point keeps the rate down; a bowser adds cost.
  • Obstacles and shape. Power lines, tree lines and awkward margins slow every pass.
  • Dosage and volume. High-volume products mean more refills per acre.
  • Distance from hub. Mobilisation is real cost; anchor bookings in a district reduce it for everyone.
  • Repeat commitment. Season contracts price better than one-off callouts, and get scheduling priority.

The Rate Card

Tell us the farm, the crop and the acreage. We reply with the current per-acre rate, contract bands, inclusions and the two nearest windows we can hold for you.

  • Per-acre rates — block rate, small-block rate, all services
  • Season contract bands — acreage tiers and the rates attached to them
  • Wet-lease day rates — aircraft plus crew stationed on your estate
  • Terms — deposit, credit, cancellation and mobilisation detail
  • A firm quote for your specific blocks, valid for the season

Sent to growers, estate managers, mills, outgrower boards and agrodealers. We ask for farm name and acreage so what we send is priced and scoped for your operation — usually back the same working day.
