Pesticide & Fungicide Spraying
Rust, blight, armyworm, aphid and stalk borer control with atomised droplets that reach the underside of the canopy where the damage starts.
Heavy-payload aerial crop protection for broad-acre estates in Kenya and Tanzania. Wheat, sugarcane, barley, rice and maize sprayed at speed — no wheel tracks, no soil compaction, no waiting for the mud to dry.
Ground rigs crush standing crop, compact your soil, carry ratoon disease on their tyres and sit idle for a week when the black cotton turns. Meanwhile rust, aphids and armyworm do not wait for a dry Tuesday.

Spraying is where most operators stop. FlyMint flies the full agronomic cycle — scout, prescribe, apply, verify — so the same telemetry that proves your spray plans the next one.
Rust, blight, armyworm, aphid and stalk borer control with atomised droplets that reach the underside of the canopy where the damage starts.
Pre- and post-emergence blanket or spot work, including selective knock-down on cane ratoons and mapped invasive-weed hotspots in pasture.
Even ripener laydown over tall mature cane with zero stool damage — the single highest-return aerial job in the sugar belt.
Micronutrient, NPK foliar and biostimulant programmes timed to growth stage — repeat passes with no cumulative field damage.
Top-dressing CAN, urea and gypsum from the air at variable rate — over standing crop and ground a tractor cannot cross.
Broadcast seeding of pasture, cover crops, rice and fodder into standing stubble, flooded paddies and eroded margins.
Centimetre-accurate boundary survey and block-by-block acreage reporting. Settles lease disputes, outgrower payments and input planning.
Index maps that flag stress, gaps, waterlogging and pest hotspots early — so you treat the acres that need it, not all of them.
Scout map in, prescription out: dosage modulated zone by zone, cutting chemical spend while lifting efficacy where pressure is highest.
Precision work over sloping tea, coffee blocks, macadamia and avocado where tractors cannot enter and knapsack teams are slow and exposed.
Flooded-field spraying and spreading — no bunds broken, no boots in bilharzia water, no waiting for drawdown.
Rapid-deployment crews for armyworm, quelea and migratory pest emergencies, coordinated with plant-protection authorities.
Mosquito and tsetse larviciding over dams, canals and swamp margins for estates, townships and county health units.
Locked-in seasonal acreage for estates and outgrower boards, with guaranteed response windows and priority scheduling at peak.
Own the acreage, not the asset: we station a complete aircraft, pilot and ground crew on your estate for a block of days.
Spray records, regulatory documentation and audit-ready files — plus operator training for estates building in-house capability.
Anyone can buy a drone. Throughput comes from the rig behind it — power, pumps, batteries and a crew drilled on turnaround times.
The all-terrain workhorse — orchards, hillsides, tea slopes and medium blocks with tight boundaries and heavy obstacle pressure. Sized for accuracy in awkward country.
Payload, work rate and power configuration: in the fleet brief.
Among the heaviest agricultural multirotors in commercial service, built for flat wheat, cane and paddy at estate scale where every extra litre per lift is another few acres before refill.
Payload, work rate and power configuration: in the fleet brief.
Double-cabin field truck with mixing capacity, closed chemical transfer and a covered pad for battery rotation.
Inverter generator bank on the truck bed with continuous battery rotation — no mains, no downtime waiting on charge.
Centimetre positioning, terrain-following flight and phased-array obstacle avoidance, day or night.
Pilot-in-command, chemical handler and battery technician, drilled on fast refill cycles under full PPE protocol.
Our own footage, not a manufacturer showreel. Nothing here reveals a rate or a work rate — it just shows you what lands on your farm.
Your figures, your crop, your farm-gate price. This is the loss sitting in your field before a single shilling changes hands with us.
Send these figures and we will come back with the rate for your block, the aircraft we would deploy and two candidate spray windows — so you can compare the recovery above against a real quote.
Send these numbers & get my rateSend acreage, crop, chemical and location. We pull the field boundaries and come back with a firm rate and a candidate window.
On arrival we walk the block with your manager: power lines, pylons, water buffers, wind, neighbour drift, re-entry intervals. Both parties sign.
Truck stages at clean water, power up, ground station surveyed, batching begins. Wheels-up shortly after arrival.
Automated terrain-following passes with continuous crew rotation and fast refills until the block is closed out.
Digital coverage map, volume applied, dosage log and acreage verification handed over with the invoice. Nothing taken on trust.
Our economics work best on large contiguous blocks, but we also serve grouped smallholder schemes and outgrower boards that can consolidate neighbouring acreage into one booking.
We don't publish rates or operating detail on the open web — every serious enquiry gets it directly, usually the same working day.
Growers, estate managers, mills and outgrower boards only. We ask for farm name and acreage so the pack we send is priced for your operation.
Our rigs are road-mobile and cleared for cross-border transit, so a Kenyan wheat window and a northern Tanzanian barley window can be served in the same fortnight.
We fly the major broad-acre zones:
District-level coverage and current spray windows are in the coverage schedule.
Cross-border crews serve:
District-level coverage and current spray windows are in the coverage schedule.
We price per acre, with a fixed rate for broad-acre blocks above a minimum size and better rates on season contracts. We issue the rate card directly rather than publishing it, because pricing depends on acreage, terrain, water access and distance from our nearest hub — and because our numbers are not for our competitors' planning meetings. Send acreage, crop and location and you will have a firm figure the same working day. Request the rate card.
More than 300 acres with a single field unit. The limiting factor is rarely the aircraft — it is water access, dosage rate, field shape and obstacle density. When we quote your block we commit to a per-day figure for that specific field, and the verified work rates are in the fleet brief.
Yes, under licence. Kenya requires KCAA aircraft registration, a Remote Operator Certificate, a Remote Pilot Licence with spraying privileges, third-party aviation liability insurance, and a PCPB permit for aerial chemical application. Tanzania requires TCAA registration and operating permits (with Ministry of Defence clearance for the aircraft) plus TPRI pesticide compliance. We can send certificate copies straight to your compliance or audit team.
Drift is managed three ways: droplet spectrum matched to the product, a hard wind limit above which we stand down, and mapped exclusion buffers around open water, homesteads and sensitive adjacent crops. All of it is recorded on the signed pre-flight intake form you keep a copy of.
That is exactly when we earn our keep. Nothing touches the soil, so we fly over waterlogged blocks, flooded paddies and three-metre cane when ground machinery is stuck or destructive — as long as the wind is inside our safety limit and there is no active heavy rain.
Approved, in-date chemical with its registration number, a clean mixing water supply at the launch point, vehicle access for a double-cabin truck, disclosure of power lines and obstacles, and one authorised person to sign the safety intake form. Exact water volumes and staging requirements come with your quote.
Every flight logs its own path. You receive a coverage map showing the treated polygon, volume applied, dosage per acre, timestamps and pilot ID, attached to the invoice. It doubles as an audit record for buyers and certification schemes. Ask for a sample report with your quote.
Individually the economics are tight; grouped, they work well. We book contiguous scheme blocks through cooperatives, outgrower boards and agrodealers so several farms are treated as one large job at the block rate.
Yes — a limited free demonstration spray on your most difficult block. Pick the corner that always gets stuck or trampled; that is the fastest way to see the difference. Ask about a demo.
Two reasons, and we would rather say them plainly. First, an honest per-acre figure depends on your acreage, terrain, water access and travel distance — a published number would be wrong for most farms. Second, we are building a young market and we do not intend to hand our commercial terms to competitors who have done none of the work. Serious enquiries get everything, fast.
Rust, armyworm and ripener schedules do not negotiate. Send your acreage and crop on WhatsApp and we will confirm a price, a crew and a date today.
